Cannon pulled the prank on his radio show 92.3 FM. After receiving an “important” call from Carey, Cannon rushed out of the New York radio station.
Following the Cannon’s exit, 92.3 tweeted:
“So Nick Cannon just ran out the door after getting a call from Mariah. This could be the BIG DAY”Nikki Hesse, who works on-air with Cannon said:
“Confirming the news from Nick…It’s time! He’s on the way to the airport. He is keeping us updated throughout the rest of the show. Stay tuned for an update.”The only update they got from Cannon was:
“Just pulled the best April Fools’ prank on my radio show 92.3 Now FM. Got to take most of the morning off!”Earlier this week, Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey had a real scare when Carey had to be rushed to the hospital for pre-term labor. The contractions ceased and she was released the following morning.
Mommy and babies are doing well.
The twins are due on May 14. However, twins normally arrive earlier.
